Plans

Wanhap Cloud offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Growth, and Scale — priced per workspace. All three include the full product (calendar, AI Copilot, automations, MCP server, REST API, analytics, signatures, labels); what changes between tiers is how much you get of each:

• AI credits per month — higher tiers include a larger monthly pool.
• Storage — higher tiers include more space for media.
• Price — scales with the above.

Social accounts per network

Each workspace can connect up to 3 accounts per network (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord) and runs them from a single calendar. To manage another brand or client, or go beyond the per-network limit, add another workspace. Each workspace is billed separately at its tier’s price, and AI credits from every workspace are pooled across your account.

Trial

New accounts start with an 8-day free trial with full access to the product. A card is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid billing. The countdown is visible at Settings > Account > Billing. When the trial ends, your subscription begins unless you cancel before then. If you let the trial lapse without subscribing, AI and credit-gated actions become unavailable until you subscribe.

Subscribing

1. Go to Settings > Account > Billing
2. Pick a tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale)
3. Pick Monthly or Yearly
4. Choose how many workspaces to bill
5. Complete payment in Stripe Checkout

Yearly billing costs less per month than monthly — the exact saving is shown in Checkout. First-time subscribers starting with a single workspace also get a discount on their first month’s invoice, applied automatically at checkout.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time from Settings > Account > Billing. The page previews how the change affects your price and billing date before you confirm.

Adding or removing workspaces

Use the same Settings > Account > Billing page to add or remove workspaces. New workspaces take effect immediately, and Stripe prorates the difference for the remainder of the billing period. Removing a workspace takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep access until then.

Updating payment method & invoices

Click Manage subscription on the Billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. From there you can:

• Update card / payment method
• Download invoices and receipts
• Change billing email
• Cancel the subscription

AI credits

Your plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits (the exact amount depends on your tier — see current plans). Credits are pooled across your account, so all of your workspaces draw from the same balance. The balance resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over. Credit cost is the same at every tier — it’s a product rule, not a pricing lever: Track usage at Settings > Account > Usage. The page shows how many credits are used, the monthly limit, and live counts for your connected accounts and members. When credits hit zero, AI actions become unavailable until the next reset — or top up with an extra credit pack below.

Extra AI credit packs

Need more credits than your monthly pool before the next reset? Buy a one-off top-up pack from the Billing page — available in a few sizes. Purchased credits are added on top of your monthly balance and don’t expire.

X (Twitter) publication credits

Publishing to X draws from a separate credit balance, not your AI credits — X charges Wanhap per post published, and the cost depends on whether the post contains a link:

• Posts without a link are free, up to a monthly allowance included with every workspace. Once that allowance is used up, each additional link-free post draws from your X publication credit balance.
• Posts with a link always draw from the balance, regardless of the monthly allowance.

X publication credits are sold in packs from the Billing page, are cumulative, and never expire. If your balance runs out, X posts are blocked until you top up — other platforms are unaffected.

Extra storage

Need more media storage than your plan includes? Add extra storage from the Billing page as a recurring add-on, sold in fixed-size blocks on top of your plan’s included storage.

Limit behavior

When you reach a limit, the dashboard shows a dialog explaining what was hit (for example, monthly AI credits exhausted, or the per-network account limit for your plan). Need more capacity? Add another workspace, upgrade your tier, or buy a top-up pack, depending on which limit you hit.
