What it is

Each workspace has a Brand profile that the AI features (Generate, Review, Create) use to keep generated content on-brand without you having to spell it out every time. Set it up once per workspace; every AI call from then on is wrapped with these guardrails. Find it under Settings > Workspace > Brand.

Fields

Brand voice traits

Instead of a single “tone” dropdown, Wanhap describes your brand’s voice as a set of traits grouped by dimension. Seven groups are single-select — pick the one option per group that fits, like mutually exclusive opposites: An eighth group, Style, stacks freely — pick as many as apply: Direct, Concise, Transparent, No hype, Practical, Data-driven, Storytelling, Inspirational, Educational, Technical, Minimalist. Leave a group unselected if it doesn’t matter for your brand — only the traits you pick are sent to the AI.

How the AI uses it

When you click Generate, Review, or run Create with AI, Wanhap concatenates a short brand brief (description, voice traits, language) with your prompt before sending it to the model. The model never sees your raw prompt in isolation — it always sees brand context. That’s why two workspaces with the same prompt can produce very different copy: one is wrapped with “Marketing agency for B2B SaaS, third person, formal, data-driven” and the other with “Indie creator, first person, playful, storytelling”.

Recommendations

  • Keep the description specific. “We sell software” → bad. “B2B inventory management for fast-fashion brands” → good.
  • Pick traits deliberately, not exhaustively. A handful of well-chosen traits (a POV, a formality level, one or two style traits) guides the AI more clearly than selecting everything.
  • Lock in the content language. It controls the whole AI surface — generated posts, review feedback, even the example button labels.

Autofill (Cloud)

When you fill in Website, the dashboard offers to autofill the rest from your homepage’s metadata. The AI scrapes the URL, extracts a brand description, and suggests voice traits — you review and save. Saves a few minutes vs. typing it from scratch.
